Organisational changes within William Wilson

William Wilson are excited to announce some structural changes which will further support our customers as well as our ambitions for continued business growth.

These structural changes will ensure we have the resource in place to provide an appropriate level of focus on maintaining the high levels of customer service we pride ourselves in, and we know you expect from us.

Steven Hay has been promoted to the newly created role of Operations Director, responsible for all trading activities across our branch and showroom estate in Scotland.

Colin Brand, who was previously our Elgin Branch Manager, has replaced Steven as the Area Manager for our North branches and Lynne Munro replaces Colin as Branch Manager for Elgin.

We are delighted we have the strength and depth within our business to successfully fill these vacancies internally, and we are confident these exciting changes will provide a level of consistency and focus to best support you, our customers, going forward.

The last two years have been particularly challenging for all of us.  As a business our priority has been to keep our colleagues and our customers safe, while at the same time ensuring we are able to support your business needs.
