The Vault - The William Wilson Customer Loyalty Scheme

What is the Vault?
The William Wilson customer loyalty scheme available to all William Wilson trade account holders whose trading terms and conditions allow participation.

Vault members trade account purchases are recorded, and Vault points are awarded based on purchases of Vault point qualifying products.  A list of the manufacturers who participate in the Vault is shown in our Customer Guide to the Vault which is available to download from this website. (Click here to download a Guide to The Vault.)

Vault points can be redeemed for quality merchandise from our fulfilment partner PeopleValue.  You will be able to redeem your Vault points for a wide range of high street vouchers and a comprehensive range of rewards for you, your home and your garden.  However, our reward website offers a selection of over 25,000 reward choices, including inspirational experiences such as driving days, flying days, football gifts, days out, short breaks and so on. 

You can also redeem Vault points for a credit note, against your trade account, to the value of Vault points earned.  This is called a William Wilson credit my account voucher.

You earn Vault points with every £1.00 you spend on all Vault qualifying products from the listed manufacturers.

The more you spend on, Vault qualifying products, the more Vault points you can earn.

You can add a credit card payment to any redemption, up to 50% of the redemption value.  An option designed to offer you more payment flexibility.

How do I join the Vault?
You must have a William Wilson or Northern Heating trade account.

By completing a Vault registration card – ask for one at your local branch.

Registration cards must be signed by the Managing Director, Principal or Owner of the company applying to join.

Once you have registered for the Vault, you will be emailed a welcome letter which will contain your log on ID and a temporary password. 

What happens next?
Every month your purchases of Vault qualifying products from any William Wilson branch are recorded as Vault point values and uploaded to your Vault account.

You will receive a monthly statement of your Vault account in points and in pounds showing you the value of your available rewards.

What else do I need to do?
Nothing!  Just continue to make purchases from William Wilson!

The more you spend, on Vault qualifying products, the more Vault points you can earn!  You earn Vault points with every pound spent on Vault qualifying products from participating manufacturers.

Once registered, all you need to do to earn Vault points is continue spending with William Wilson: we’ll do the rest.

Key points to remember
Managing Directors, Principals or Owners of your company must sign Vault registration cards.

The scheme is open to William Wilson and Northern Heating trade account holders only.

Contracts are excluded from the promotion.

Account purchases are monitored and points are allocated based on Vault point qualifying purchases on a monthly basis.

A point equals a penny.
